April Update 2

Two days in a row @everyone. **NEW UPDATE**. - Fixed instability issues introduced in the last patch. - Increased tickrate to 64 from 30. - Increased silhouette (player outline) maximum width from 1.5 to 2.5. - Default **Visual** FPS is now 250 instead of 0, same as Logical FPS.

- Fixed instability issues introduced in the last patch.

- Increased tickrate to 64 from 30.

- Increased silhouette (player outline) maximum width from 1.5 to 2.5.

- Default **Visual** FPS is now 250 instead of 0, same as Logical FPS.

- Double massive fixed.

- Added `/nodash` command for the weakminded who feel visually attacked by dash effects. 👶

- Added Camera Distance option. Minimum (default) is 290. Maximum is 400. This is located at the bottom of Video Options page 1.

- Fixed bug that resulted in some client's being stuck at 41% loading indefinitely. (Thanks for helping me debug NirDine).
