Quick Update

@everyone we are releasing a quick update for you guys:

- Allowed 10 player option for games

- Allow 16 players in a duel

- Add 3D shot and reload sounds

- Remove the need for Hats - can get 130/110 HP/AP without wearing hats (Thanks @Lifell#4325)

- Security fixes (if you face issues logging in, please let us know)

Client-sided crash fixes are coming very soon and almost ready for release - stay tuned! Let's rock!
